Tours & Prices
Three tours. One guide. First-hand testimony from inside the war.
Horrors of Russian Occupation
The places that shocked the world — and the story behind them that the world still doesn't fully understand.
This is the flagship tour. It has been covered by major international media, reviewed on leading travel platforms, and consistently rated among the most significant guided experiences available anywhere in Ukraine today.
It is an author's tour — conceived, researched, and personally led by a licensed Ukrainian guide who was in Kyiv from the first hours of the invasion.
Over approximately 6 hours, you will trace the key stages of the Russian military assault on Kyiv in 2022: the strategic logic behind it, the decisions that were made on both sides, the places where the outcome genuinely hung in the balance, and what the coming years are realistically likely to bring.
You will hear analysis and context that most visitors — even well-informed ones — would never encounter elsewhere. This is not a rehearsed script. It is testimony, shaped by direct experience and continued proximity to the events.
Depending on the situation on a given day, the route may include additional sites not listed here — locations that have become significant in the ongoing conflict and are rarely seen by outside visitors.
What You Will Experience
- The key sites of the Russian advance on Kyiv — explained from the ground
- Strategic military analysis from a direct eyewitness
- The human reality behind the headlines: civilians, decisions, consequences
- An honest assessment of where the war stands and what comes next
- Perspectives you would not hear on a standard tour — or in the news
Kyiv: Living History
Historic Kyiv, wartime Kyiv, and the residential streets where Russian drones land — all in one day.
This 5–6 hour tour does something that no standard itinerary does: it combines the historical Kyiv that has existed for a thousand years with the Kyiv that exists right now, at war.
You will see the landmarks — the monuments, the cathedrals, the streets of a city with one of the longest living memories in Europe. And then the tour crosses to the eastern bank of the Dnipro — rarely visited by tourists — and shows you something most visitors never see: the aftermath of Russian bombardments on ordinary residential neighborhoods.
The weapon in question is the Shahed-136 — an Iranian-made drone used by Russia to target civilian infrastructure. It is slow, cheap, loud, and lethal. You will learn exactly why it has become one of the greatest threats to civilian life in this war, and you will see with your own eyes what it does to homes, apartment blocks, and the streets where families live.
This is not on any standard tourist route. It is not comfortable. But it is real — and it is what is happening.
What You Will Experience
- Kyiv's key historical landmarks — with wartime context
- Contemporary city life: how Kyiv functions and adapts under ongoing threat
- The eastern bank of the Dnipro — rarely on any tourist itinerary
- Direct evidence of Shahed-136 drone and missile strikes on residential areas
- An honest explanation of the drone threat and its impact on civilians
Soviet Steel, Cold War Ghosts
Descend into the bunker where the Cold War could have ended everything — and where today's threats were born.
This full-day Sunday tour takes you to one of the most extraordinary — and least-known — sites in post-Soviet Europe: a real decommissioned Soviet strategic missile base, preserved exactly as it was at the height of the Cold War.
Ukraine once held the third-largest nuclear arsenal on Earth. Under the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, every warhead was surrendered in exchange for security guarantees from Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. One of those guarantors invaded in 2022.
The museum makes that history visceral, immediate, and impossible to ignore. This is not a conventional museum visit. It is a reminder of what was given up, what was promised, and what those promises ultimately meant.
Departure is early from central Kyiv, with an afternoon return to your hotel. Your guide provides context throughout — not just the hardware, but the politics, the decisions, and the direct line between that moment and the war unfolding today.
What You Will Experience
- A real decommissioned Soviet strategic missile base
- Former missile silos — the hardware of Cold War deterrence
- The underground command bunker and launch control room
- The geopolitical story of Ukraine's nuclear disarmament
- The direct connection between 1994 and the invasion of 2022
